Why We Do What We Do
Gap Consulting Solutions was created to solve a problem we saw repeatedly in the NetSuite ecosystem, what we call New Logo Syndrome.
Many NetSuite partners are measured by how many new clients they bring in each year to maintain their partner status. Over time, this creates an incentive to prioritize shiny new projects over long-term client success. As attention shifts to new logos, existing clients are often left with unfinished initiatives, half-built implementations, and support requests buried in ticketing queues.
The result is a system that technically went live, but never truly worked for the business it was meant to support.
GAP was built as a direct response to that model.
