Iron Bear’s dealers had no self-service access to product information or pricing. Every order followed the same inefficient pattern:
Dealers called, emailed, or faxed orders
Dealers frequently asked, “What’s my price on this item?”
Internal teams manually confirmed pricing Orders were re-keyed into NetSuite by hand
This created several business problems:
Slow order turnaround
High risk of data entry errors

GAP designed and implemented a custom Dealer Portal built specifically for Iron Bear’s dealer network.

1. Shopify Plus Dealer Portal
We implemented a new Shopify Plus storefront configured as a private, dealer-only portal. Dealers can log in to:
Browse Iron Bear’s full product catalog
See their specific pricing for every item
Place orders without contacting Iron Bear directly
2. Celigo Integration with NetSuite
Using Celigo, we created a fully automated integration between Shopify Plus and NetSuite:
Orders flow instantly into NetSuite
Dealer-specific pricing is synced accurately
No manual re-entry required
Inventory and order data remain aligned across systems
3. Process Automation & Cleanup
